The HMA Marketing system is a seven step approach to maximizing the under utilised assets you already have in your business.

  1. We identify your U.S.P. (Unique Selling Proposition) - This is the corner stone of any marketing system, and of your business. Your U.S.P. must answer a simple question: Why do people buy from you? You must answer this question in order to provide people with a compelling reason to buy from you.

  2. Maximise your existing marketing. This step will be optimizing your current sales and marketing by :

  • Integrate your USP into all of your marketing
  • Improve your existing sales process with a sales map.
  • Increase the value of each customer by increasing the average order value and the average number of transactions with each customer.
  1. Optimise your customer base. It is surprising how many businesses ignore the wealth that is sitting in their customer database.
