Where do you direct your marketing effort?

The average company directs 100% of its marketing effort towards acquiring new clients. Of course it is necessary to acquire a continual flow of new clients. All companies lose clients over time for various reasons and they have to be replaced. It is also necessary to acquire new clients in order to grow the business.

It is interesting to note however that it is far more expensive to make sale to a completely new prospect than to an existing client. An existing client has already purchased from you. Presumably they trust you and like the products that you sell.

Try directing some of our marketing effort towards your existing clients. Market to people who already trust you and like doing business with you. You may find the results to be very interesting.
