How do you
keep in touch?
Like you, your clients and prospective clients lead
a busy life. It is highly unlikely that they spend
their time thinking about you, your business or your
products. A relationship with a client must be
nurtured in exactly the same way that you nurture a
relationship with a friend. In a fast moving world
we can soon be forgotten.A friend
who you do not communicate and spend time with will
become an acquaintance. A client who you do not
communicate with will become a client of your
competitor.
A newsletter or postcard for
important occasions can be a valuable means of
staying in contact with a client or prospective
client. If we remain in touch with a client or
prospect we have a much greater chance of making a
sale once they finally decide to make that purchase.
