Marketing Development Programme

I realise the Business Growth Programme does not meet the needs of everyone and in truth it is not intended to. If a programme tries to meet the needs of everyone it meets the needs of no one. I also understand there are many people who would love to join the programme and experience the rapid rise in profits that will result but do not feel able to right now. There are usually two main reasons why people do not join....

1. MONEY. Some companies are not well established, may be cash poor or just feel unable to make the financial commitment necessary to secure 52 weeks of my involvement in their business. (The Business Growth Programme requires an investment of £12,000)

2. TIME. The Business Growth Programme works so well because it involves consistent action. We speak every week along with other calls and emails. People on the programme are expected to do something between calls and I do hold them accountable. This involves commitment but it does bring results.

Many people want the benefits of the programme but are at a point in their business where they do not feel able to devote the amount of time required because of day to day commitments in the business. Although once we have been working together for a while you may feel you have more time available than you do now.

While many people understand the need to focus on marketing, there are only so many hours in a day and the Business Growth Programme is just too intense.

We all know that acquiring the correct knowledge is vital. Of course knowing how to apply that knowledge in your business is the next crucial step but at the moment you may just not have enough time

So what can you do?

After a lot of thought I have decided to offer a programme just for you. I understand the need for you to have the information, help and guidance that is available in the Business Growth Programme but at a cost and timescale more suited to your current needs.

In order to combat these two difficulties I am offering the Marketing Development Programme.

How will it work?

This programme is identical to the Business Growth Programme in all respects but one. We will cover the same ground in changing your marketing with ideas and advice tailored to your business and your current needs. You will grow your business at a pace to suit you without the pressure you may feel on the Business Growth Programme.

However

Rather than a weekly telephone appointment with me we will speak every two weeks. This slower pace will allow you the time you need to implement ideas in your business and move forward on the plan we have agree. Of course you realise that growth for your business may be a little slower in coming but we will be building the foundation you require to move your business forward to the heights you have in mind.

Two things you must agree to:

Before entering this programme there are two things you must be prepared to commit to.

1. You must make a commitment to me that if you need my urgent help between our scheduled calls you will telephone me. I understand what it is like to be stuck on one small thing and waste endless hours trying to solve a problem. I do not want that for you. The ability to pick up the phone and talk through your problem with someone who is interested in your success is a vital part of the programme. You have an open invitation to call me should the need arise.

2. You must make a commitment to yourself that you will take action between our calls. Only by taking action will you achieve the results we both want for your business. Ideas are good, in fact I love ideas, however an idea only brings value when action is taken.

What fee is required for this ongoing help?

I am able to run this programme at what for me is a low fee because consultations are twice a month and the use of the telephone enables me to use my time efficiently without reducing the impact we can have on your business.

You will still be able to grow your business far faster than you ever thought possible.

Because of the efficient way of working I am making this programme available at £500 +VAT per month (paid in advance each month) for this private, one on one Marketing Growth Programme.

Because of time constraints and my need to leave time available for other activities the number of clients I accept onto this programme will always be limited. I wish there could be more places but as you know there are only so many hours in the day.
