Business Growth Programme

When it comes to growing your business you need to know what works and what doesn’t, what to try and what not to do.

So the first thing I will do is provide you with an outline of the step by step process we will follow together. A process that is designed to create a marketing system for you. Each step in the programme is designed to build upon the steps that went before it, as a result, the further you travel through the Business Growth Programme, the greater your results will be.

But as you know, knowledge in itself is not enough!

I have a number of friends and acquaintances who “know” some of the steps they should be taking with their marketing, and yet, they do nothing. There always seems to be something more important.

The key aspect of the Business Growth Programme is that, with my personal input you will begin to take consistent action to implement low cost changes and improvements to your marketing. You will create a marketing system in your business that will provide growth and security well into the future.

The best way for you to follow through on your good intentions and create the growth you require in your business is with outside help. We all need someone to hold us accountable. We all get distracted by day to day events. Ideas in themselves are nice but not sufficient. Each of us can only achieve the things we wish to achieve by taking action upon the new ideas we have.

The Business Growth Programme is a year long process that will lead to explosive growth in your business.

How will the Business Growth Programme work for you?

Firstly we will begin with a telephone conversation. This will last about 1 hour, during which time we will talk about you. I want to find out about you and your interests, how your business got to where it is today, where you would like to be in the future and all the problems you are experiencing at the moment. The more I know about you and your business the easier it will be for me to help you. The more I know about you and your objectives the easier it will be for me to help you to achieve immediate and tangible results with your marketing.

We will discuss your problems and how to deal with them, along with your goals and how to achieve them. We will then begin to tailor the programme to your specific needs.

You may experience  results within a few weeks, otherwise it may take one or two months for profits to begin flowing through but not longer for most people. As long as you maintain the right mind set and put into practice the specific activities we discuss it is only a matter of time before you see results.

Secondly

Each week at an appointed time you and I will have a 30-45 minute business building conversation. You will use this time to let me know how the implementation of the previous ideas is going. We will discuss your successes and failures and how to take maximum advantage of both. Together we will develop the strategy to achieve your goals, discuss the plan to get you there and consider the ideas I will bring to you to implement that plan. We will be moving forward so you are achieving progress each and every week.

I will write and critique adverts and letters for you, suggest ways you can increase the perceived value of your product, position yourself to achieve maximum sales, introduce you to and explain the marketing system that will take your business to the next level.

These telephone conversations are the key to the growth of your business and the achievement of your goals.

Why?

I have seen the same scenario play out many, many times with friends, colleagues, associates, people who have listened to me talk and indeed myself (I am not perfect and not immune to this problem).

You are already passionate about your business and you provide a good service to your customers. You read or hear about a marketing idea that can be used to improve your business because it has been successful in another industry. You head to the office with every intention of implementing this new idea in your business today .....

What happens?

Life happens. We all do the same thing. We quickly become involved in the day to day problems of our business and the idea that might have helped us to move to the next level is shelved for a time, then forgotten completely.

The major benefit of a weekly telephone conversation with someone who wants to see you succeed, wants to see you move your business to the next level is that you are kept on track. You have a resource to keep you moving towards your objective, a resource to provide a stream of new ideas and talk through your existing problems with.

We all know it gets lonely running your own business, it is just part of the package. Life can be difficult when you have a problem and no one to discuss it with. Have you ever had the feeling that not all of your friends and relatives would be ecstatically happy to see your business move up a few levels. I know I have. Being able to speak to someone every week who gains pleasure from your success, will listen to your problems and provide ideas for dealing with them, will help you exploit further the marketing ideas that are working.

This is key to moving your business forward.

Thirdly all of the telephone conversations will be recorded. I know that after spending 30-45 minutes talking about your business you will not necessarily remember all of the details of everything we discuss.

I will rush each recording to you the same day to use as a refresher. This will enable you to continually refresh your mind and build up your own library of ideas to be used far into the future. These recordings will be of value for the remainder of your business life. We all forget things and listening to early recordings will show you how far you have moved but also remind you of things you should be doing.

My recommendation is that you listen to the recording as soon as you receive it. Do so and you will undoubtedly pick up on things that may not have registered during the phone call. You will also put yourself into the frame of mind to take action.

Fourthly you may find emergency arises or you have one question you need to ask but you are stuck without the answer and our scheduled call is still a few days away. I want you to feel that you have an open invitation to call me anytime such a situation arises.

This is a critical part of the programme.

I know how easy it is to get derailed because of a crisis or an apparent problem. I want you to know you have someone you can call and talk through these problems with so you can get quickly back on track. Sometimes all we really need is to talk through a problem and the answer becomes obvious to us but if we do nothing we lose all momentum.

If you find yourself in this situation you call me and we work on the situation together. Whatever the problem is I want you to feel you have easy access to someone to brainstorm the issue with.

I am sure you can see why I have a limited number of spaces available on this private programme. Providing this level of support – which is absolutely crucial to your success – means I cannot work with large number of businesses at one time.

Your weekly calls will continue for a full 52 weeks (when one of us is on holiday we will make up the time by extending the 52 weeks or having a concentration of calls for a few weeks – the choice is yours).

What is the fee?

This is not a programme to be taken lightly and it is not cheap. For 52 weeks we will be working together to transform your business. I will commit 110% effort and a considerable amount of my time to the growth of your business and if you are not prepared to do the same this programme is probably not for you. If you are not yet ready to achieve your business goals you will not get the best from this programme.

I would love to work with you on a private, one to one basis. I love to help people take their businesses forward and finally achieve all that they hope for.

At the same time, while I am conducting this programme I am taken away from other business activities and Private Clients.

I realise this Private Business Growth Programme is exactly what I needed many years ago and did not have.  This programme is exactly what I would like my daughters to have if they go into business. As a result I want to make it affordable for you.

Please remember I cannot accept a large number of businesses onto this programme for obvious reasons and to secure a place you may need to act today.

I have decided to discount my normal fees and to charge only £12,000 for this private, one on one, business changing year. Fees are paid monthly in advance (£1,000 plus VAT).

You must not take this programme lightly. Many things can change in a year but only if you are willing to make an effort. We all tend to overestimate what we can achieve in a day( how often do you clear your daily to-do list?) and underestimate what we can achieve in a year.
